How to make a consultation session:

For client prospects:

  • If you are interested in a consultation package program & desires to inquire information, please call us or email us to schedule a 20-minute free strategy session. If you are a right fit, we will get you set up in our client portal and then you can schedule your initial session. This option is only available for those who are interested in the package programs.

  • If you are interested in by-appointment consultations, please purchase the session first . We will get you set up in our client portal and then you can schedule your session here.

For new clients who purchased the service and are ready to schedule a consultation:

After you purchase the service, we will get you set up in our client portal and email you to confirm it. After that,  you may schedule your consultation here by choosing one of the following options:

  • "By-Appointment Initial" if you purchased a by-appointment initial consultation.

  • "Initial Consult for Package Program" if you purchased a package.

  * If you have worked with us before but haven't seen us for over two years, you are considered a new client.

For existing clients:

  • If you purchased a by-appointment session, please choose either "By-Appointment Long Follow-up" or "By-Appointment Short Follow-up" option.

  • If you purchased a package program, please choose "Standard Follow-up for Package Program" option.

  • If you purchased a membership plan, please choose the "Consult for Standard Membership" or "Consult for Premium Membership" option.

What happens after you make an appointment? 

  • We will send you an email to confirm your appointment. 

  • If you are a new client, please wait until we call you to get you set up in our client portal and provide instructions on how to complete the intake forms.

Terms & Agreement:

All consultations have a five-minute buffer time, meaning the session can go either five minutes longer or shorter.
