Having worked in the corporate environment for twenty years, I understand how stagnant it can be by sitting in the office all day long, day-in and day-out, and how hard it is to find the time to take care of yourself physically and mentally. I also profoundly understand how damaging this kind of lifestyle can be to one's health.
I offer group coaching programs to businesses to help their employees learn how to establish a practical and sustainable lifestyle that can work well in their busy schedules to stay healthy, have more energy, and perform at a much higher level of productivity.
