Corporate Wellness Coaching

Having worked in the corporate environment for twenty years, I understand how stagnant it can be by sitting in the office all day long, day-in and day-out, and how hard it is to find the time to take care of yourself physically and mentally.  I also profoundly understand how damaging this kind of lifestyle can be to one's health. 

I offer group coaching programs to businesses to help their employees learn how to establish a practical and sustainable lifestyle that can work well in their busy schedules to stay healthy, have more energy, and perform at a much higher level of productivity. 

We can start the process with a survey in your office to see what people's top needs are, and then I will work with you to design a customized program with a structure that works best for your group. The following is the standard scope of the coaching program: 

  • How to use limited time to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle in a business schedule

  • Healthy options for meals and snack options and efficient food preparation. 

  • Stress management tools strategies

  • Practical strategies to improve sleep quality

  • A copy of my eBook "Anti-Inflammatory Dietary Plan" containing tips and suggestions about anti-inflammatory foods, meal plans, and supplements.  

  • Regular Q & A sessions. This is when I will sit down with the group (or through teleseminar) to answer questions.

  • Recipes for nutrient-dense meals.

  • Additional: One-on-one coaching to high-level employees in the company.
