Anti-Inflammatory Probiotic Smoothie with berries

Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Coconut Milk: 5-6 ozs (homemade or organic store-bought)

  • Coconut kefir or cultured coconut milk: 1-2 tbl spoons

  • Blueberries, Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, or a mixture of different berries: 1 cup

  • Cucumber: 1/2 of a medium size cucumber

  • Chia seeds
 or hemp seeds: 1-2 tbl spoon(s)

  • Cinnamon 
powder: 1-2 pinch

  • Banana: 1/2

  • Pineapple: 1/3 cup

  • Optional ingredients:

  • Turmeric: a small slice of fresh, a couple of pinches of powder

  • Fresh ginger: two thin slices, peeled

  • Organic beet powder

  • Grass-fed collagen peptides: 1 tbsp

  • Hemp protein: 1 tbl spoon
