No-Baking Almond Butter Chocolate Cups

Much healthier and more satisfying than a traditional peanut butter cup. Lots of healthy fat from coconut oil and lots of antioxidants from cocoa. Will truly satisfy your sweet tooth!



  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup raw honey (or a little less if you prefer it to be less sweet)

  •  1½  tea spoons pure vanilla extract

  • pinch ground cinnamon

  • sea salt to taste

  • Optional:

    • sliced almonds or chopped walnuts or other nuts.


  • Line a mini muffin tin with 20 mini paper muffin liners.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients (except for sliced or chopped nuts) until the mixture is smooth and thin.

  • Pour the batter into the liners and sprinkle the sliced almonds or chopped nuts on the top of each filled muffin liner. Place the tin in the freezer or refrigerator for 1 hour, or until set. 

  • To store, layer the cups in a sealed container and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
