"Carrageenan is a seaweed extract. By and large, sea vegetables are good additions to the diet. I’m a fan of having wakame, dulse, nori, mozuku or hijiki. These sea vegetables are full of nutrients and binding compounds to help us detox. So, if carrageenan is a sea vegetable extract, it must be good, right? Not right.
