Liver Detox Recipe: Green Juice
Ingredients:
* Please use organic versions of all of the following ingredients.
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro
4 stalks of celery
1 medium size cucumber
1/2 lime
1/2-inch fresh ginger (peeled)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder or 1/2-inch fresh turmeric (peeled)
Directions:
Run all the ingredients through a juicer.
Benefits:
This is an effective liver cleanser and also very effective in removing mercury. It's stimulating and can keep your liver functioning at its best.
