Anti-Inflammatory Recipe: Probiotic Green Smoothie

Yield: 2 people

  • Organic coconut yogurt or kefir: 1 tbl spoons

  • Hemp or coconut milk: 1/2 cup

  • Pineapple: ½ cup

  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple

  • 1 kiwi

  • MCT oil: ½ tbl spoon

  • Grass-fed collagen powder: 1 tbsp

  • Organic moringa powder: 1/2 tbsp

  • Baby spinach or kale, or any other type of green veggie: a handful

  • A segment of cut 2-inch long medium size organic cucumber

  • Chia seeds: 1 tbl spoon

  • organic soaked walnuts or almonds: 5-10 nuts
