Week 2: Prevent/Heal Your Leaky Gut
Week 3: Taming The Toxins
Week 4: Stress Management & Mindfulness Practice
During the program I will provide detailed guidance on food choices and preparations, supplement suggestions, detox and stress management. You will also take home easy-to-make, delicious, and nutritious gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free recipes (including breads and deserts).
