Anti-Inflammatory Probiotic Smoothie Series - Berries

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk: 5-6 ozs (home made or organic store bought)
Coconut kefir or cultured coconut milk: 1-2 tbl spoons
Blueberries, Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, or mixture of different berries: 1 cup
Cucumber: 1/2 of a medium size cucumber
Chia seeds or hemp seeds: 1-2 tbl spoon(s)
Cinnamon powder: 1-2 pinch
Banana: 1/2
Pineapple: 1/3 cup
Optional ingredients:
Turmeric: a small slice if fresh, a couple of pinches if powder
Fresh ginger: two thin slices, peeled
Organic beet powder
Grass-fed collagen peptides: 1 tbsp
Hemp protein: 1 tbl spoon
