Much healthier and satisfying than traditional peanut butter cups!
1/2 cup organic melted virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder
1/4 cup organic raw honey
Tips: Adjust the amount of honey up or down to tailor it to your taste.
1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinches of organic ground cinnamon
Sea salt to taste
Optional: chopped almonds, pecans, walnuts, or other nuts
Line the paper mini baking cups in the same-size silicon baking mold, and then place the baking mold on a baking sheet. Here is how the baking mold looks like:
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and thin.
Pour the batter into the paper baking cups.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer or refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
To store, layer the cups in a sealed container and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
