No-Baking Almond Butter Chocolate Cups

Much healthier and satisfying than traditional peanut butter cups!


  • 1/2 cup organic melted virgin coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup organic raw honey

  • Tips: Adjust the amount of honey up or down to tailor it to your taste.

  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Pinches of organic ground cinnamon

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Optional: chopped almonds, pecans, walnuts, or other nuts


  • Line the paper mini baking cups in the same-size silicon baking mold, and then place the baking mold on a baking sheet. Here is how the baking mold looks like:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and thin.

  • Pour the batter into the paper baking cups.

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer or refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.

  • To store, layer the cups in a sealed container and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
