Scope of the Program:
Includes one 90-minute initial session + seven 60-minute sessions. 
Utilization of a completely secure genomic tool to translate genetic data into practical lifestyle & nutritional recommendations geared toward achieving optimal health (23&Me or Ancestry genetic data is required.)
Detailed health history review including symptoms, diet, supplements, medications, and lifestyle.
Comprehensive functional lab analysis based on your recent blood test results (CMP, CBC, lipid, iron, inflammation panel). If necessary, we also use advanced specialty lab tests to further assess the root causes. 
We spend unlimited hours in and out of sessions analyzing lab results and symptoms, researching and designing highly personalized dietary plans and supplement healing protocols to enhance identified insufficient body functions and improve quality of life.
After each session, a detailed session summary, supplement protocol, and other handouts will be provided as an action plan.
We work in conjunction with other healthcare practitioners whenever necessary. 
A comprehensive collection of gut-friendly and anti-inflammatory recipes and cookbooks.
Up to five email supports between sessions to answer simple questions related to the topics already discussed in the sessions.
All sessions are conducted via a secure Zoom virtual platform within the client portal.​
