Coconut Milk: 5-6 ozs (home made or organic store bought)
Coconut kefir or organic dairy kefir (plain): 1-2 tbl spoon(2)
A whole mango
Pineapple: 1/2 cup
Turmeric: a small slice if fresh, a pinch or two if powder
Chia seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon
Hemp seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon
Blender ingredients except for chia and hemp in the blender. Transfer smoothie into a cup and then add chia and hemp seeds on the top.
