Anti Inflammatory Smoothie - Mango Pineapple



Anti Inflammatory Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • Coconut Milk: 5-6 ozs (homemade or organic store-bought)

  • Coconut kefir or organic dairy kefir (plain): 1-2 tablespoon

  • A whole mango

  • Banana: 1

  • Pineapple: 1/2 cup

  • Turmeric: a small slice of fresh, a pinch or two of powder

  • Chia seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon

  • Hemp seeds: 1/2 tbl spoon

Blender ingredients except for chia and hemp in the blender. Transfer the smoothie to a cup and add chia and hemp seeds.
