Merry Christmas everyone! This is my new recipe which is a wonderful snack option for family holiday events. Using only healthy ingredients such as almond flour, coconut oil, and 70% dark chocolate, these delicious, simple, gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate chip scones may just be a big hit in the people you are entertaining! Makes about 10-12 cookies Ingredients: 2 ½ cup almond flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder ½ cup organic maple syrup 2 t vanilla 1 large egg, beaten

Roasted Salmon with Miso & Honey Glaze
This is a delicious AND easiest dish to prepare. It is one of my all time favorite dishes. The prep-time is only five minutes. The rich taste from salmon with miso and honey is out of this world.
