I am a functional medicine nutritionist and certified nutritional endocrinology practitioner specializing in using nutritional therapy and natural modalities to optimize digestive health, thyroid function and metabolic process.
I pride myself for my ability to “connect the dots” by incorporating cutting edge functional lab tests and comprehensive lab analysis, with a thorough symptom and lifestyle review. I take a comprehensive holistic approach and have helped many clients who came to me suffering from chronic illnesses. Working as a team, clients have achieved improved health after detecting and addressing the root causes of their symptoms.
Healing is a multifaceted process. Emotional and spiritual health often plays an integral role in our health and wellbeing. I am also a Transpersonal Energy Healing Counselor and help clients release emotional blocks as an important aspect of reaching their optimal overall health.

On Recipes page, there is a collection of my recipes for all three meals as well
as breads and deserts. These recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, and mostly soy-free. Healthy foods can definitely be made
delicious. The ones I created here not only taste great but more importantly they reduce inflammation and improve your gut health through building a balanced microbiome.
