I am a functional medicine clinical nutritionist and certified nutritional endocrinology practitioner specializing in applying precision nutrition therapy and other natural modalities to optimize digestive health, thyroid, and metabolic function.

I pride myself on my ability to “connect the dots” by incorporating comprehensive lab analysis with a thorough health history and lifestyle review to detect nutrient imbalances in the body. Taking a comprehensive and personalized approach, I have successfully guided many clients to achieve their much-improved health. 

Healing is a multifaceted process. Emotional and spiritual health often plays an integral role in our health and wellbeing. Also as a certified Transpersonal Energy Healing Counselor, I help clients release emotional blocks as an essential aspect of reaching their optimal health. My mission is to serve with care, empower and guide, and truly make a difference in your journey to more vibrant health.

On the Recipes page, there is a collection of my recipes for all three meals as well

as breads and deserts. These recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, and mostly soy-free. Healthy foods can definitely be made delicious. The ones I created here not only taste great but more importantly they reduce inflammation and improve your gut health through building a balanced microbiome.
